Description
A Filtering unit that uses vacuum to help draw the syrup through a filter. You need a shop-vac or a vacuum pump to create the vacuum, and that helps draw the syrup down through the filter. This is a smaller model that is designed for up to 800 taps. A 15″ and a 18″ are available, but please call for pricing and availability.
