Bake or Roast? The choice is yours. This porcelain slice tray is Mud Australia’s take on the traditional quarter-sheet baking pan. This rectangular dish is perfect for cooking slab cakes, slices, or roasting meats and vegetables. Its elegant form allows for effortless oven-to-table presentations.
All Mud Australia is handmade in our studio in Sydney, Australia. Slight irregularities in size, glaze and texture reflect the artisan nature of the product and should be embraced.

Care:
Our porcelain is food-safe and can, with some care, be used in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Sudden changes in temperature (e.g., from freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your porcelain. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.
Ideally, your mud porcelain will be stored in plate racks or with linen/felt between each item to avoid glaze scratches.
